Low level of media freedom in Serbia, report says

The level of media freedoms in Serbia is very low and has been dropping constantly over the past few years, the Independent Journalists’ Association of Serbia (NUNS) said in a report released on Thursday.
The report, titled Indicators of Media Freedom and Safety of Journalists 2018, said that state officials do not understand the role of journalists in society and rarely and selectively condemn attacks on the media.
