U atrijumskom delu sale OKC-a u Vranju večeras u 21 sat biće održan drugi po redu “DOWNHILL” festival. Posetioci ovog festivala imaće priliku da uživju u southern/stoner / sludge/ metal/ rock zvuku četiri renomirana benda: Cardinal Point (Vranje), Northern Revival (Novi Sad) Burning Leaf I NAV (Pirot). Ulaz je besplatan za sve posetioce.
