EU’s Mogherini: Western Balkans integration one of Union’s main priorities

The European Union High Representative Federica Mogherini told a session of the European Parliament (EP) on Wednesday the inclusion of the Western Balkans countries was one of the bloc ’s main foreign policy priorities, the Zagreb-based Hina news agency reported.
“Our main common goal is for all Balkan countries to join the EU. We have two urgent tasks: to tirelessly work with our friends in Belgrade and Pristina on normalisation of their relations, and to open negotiations with Skopje and Tirana,” Mogherini said.
