Serbian average salaries higher in October

October’s average net salary in Serbia stood at 49,901 Dinars (1 Dinar – 119 Euro) and was higher than a month earlier, the Serbian Republic Statistics Office said on Tuesday.
According to the latest Statistics Office data, the average net salary rose 4.1 percent nominally or 3.8 percent in real terms. Compared to the level of October 2017, the average salary increased by eight percent nominally and 5.7 percent in real terms. The highest average monthly salaries were in the public sector standing at 55,637 Dinars and the lowest were for people employed by entrepreneurs standing at 27,461 Dinars.
