Higher Court orders detention for UKP chief Marko Kričko and SSS chief Boško Sekulović

On November 3, the Higher Court in Belgrade issued a decision ordering the detention of the head of the Criminal Police Directorate (UKP) Marko Kričko and the head of the Crime Suppression Service Boško Sekulović.
Following the court decision, and based on the Law on Police, decisions were made for their temporary suspension from work. As announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, the management of the Criminal Police Directorate and the Crime Suppression Service will, until further notice, be taken over by the deputy chiefs.
