Kosovo Parliament adopted a resolution on normalisation of the relations with Serbia, stipulating that “the Constitution, state sovereignty, territorial integrity and unitary character of Kosovo” are unchangeable.
The document was passed in a session that started with more than four hours delay and was backed by 59 MPs, while two abstained from the vote. The resolution adoption comes two days after Pristina authorities endorsed three laws on transforming the Kosovo Security Forces into an army, which raised the concern of NATO and UN officials and sparked strong reactions among Serbia’s officials.
