Pristina wants mutual recognition, support in intl organisations with Belgrade

Kosovo’s draft agreement on normalisation of relations with Serbia seen by N1 suggests political, economic and social cooperation through governmental and NGOs structures, mutual recognition between Pristina and Belgrade which will support each other in the international institutions, including the UN.
The draft says the Serb community in Kosovo will have specific rights guaranteed by the constitution and laws which can be changed only by the majority votes of the minority deputies. Kosovo will, according to the draft, establish the Community (Association) of Serb Municipalities “subject to procedure and conditions” established by the draft.
