More than a billion Euros in Belgrade city 2019 budget

The Belgrade city assembly has adopted the 2019 budget for Serbia’s capital which will total more than a billion Euros including the budgets of the individual municipalities.
The budget of 123 billion Dinars (1 Euro – 119 Dinars) was adopted at Friday’s session with opposition councilors who voiced disapproval of the draft budget, saying it does not secure development. The opposition walked out of the session. The planned primary income stands at some 45.2 billion Dinars which is 6.8 percent more than the planned income in the 2018 budget.
