Ombudsman says Serbians not informed of rights

Ombudsman Zoran Pasalic feels that the citizens of Serbia do not know enough about their rights.

Speaking at a meeting with the heads of public institutions in the Vojvodina town of Ruma, he said that the situation would improve if a law on free legal aid was introduced. The Ombudsman said most countries have that law whose adoption is being delayed in Serbia.
