Kremlin confirms Russian president’s visit to Serbia

A Kremlin spokesman confirmed on Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin would visit Serbia early next year, the TASS news agency reported.
“Preparations for the president’s visit to Serbia are underway, the visit is planned for January,” spokesman Dmitry Peskov. The Russian agency said that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced the visit for January 17. TASS quoted Serbian media reports that Moscow and Belgrade plan to sign 20 agreements during the visit, including some on energy and infrastructure projects.
