IFJ condemns pressure on journalists in Serbia

Deputy General Secretary Jeremy Dear also demanded a safe environment free of fear and threats for journalists, adding that a large number of Serbian journalists were worried about censorship and a lack of objectivity in the public broadcaster (RTS) and other media. He said the blame for that situation is not individual because the pressure on the media comes from the authorities and business people who want the media to report negatively on the
