Koha: no mention of border changes in Berlin document

Draft final documents for the Western Balkans summit in Berlin make no mention of border changes or the revoking of the 100 percent tariffs on good from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Pristina-based Koha.net portal said on Monday.
The portal said it had access to a draft statement drawn up by German and French officials and handed out to summit participants does not include border changes, a possible part of the final legally binding agreement to normalize Belgrade-Pristina relations, nor the revoking or suspension of the tariffs imposed by the government of Kosovo which official Belgrade says is a condition to continue the dialogue.
