Does Belgrade have double standards on extradition?

Serbia’s Justice Ministry received last week a request from Montenegro for the extradition of former President of ex-State Union of Serbia and Montenegro, Svetozar Marovic and the Ministry said the case was sent to a respective court for deliberation, N1 reported.

Together with that plea, another demand was for his son Milos, sentenced in Montenegro’s coastal town of Kotor, to serve the jail time in Serbia.
