The tenth congress of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) was held in Hrtkovci, Vojvodina, at which Vojislav Seselj was re-elected as party leader.
The congress was held on Seselj's property in Hrtkovci the place where, according to a final verdict of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Seselj committed a war crime by forcing the local Croats to leave their homes, 26 years ago.
