Serbian president says Belgrade, Pristina to blame for break in dialogue

European Union High Representative Federica Mogherini is not to blame for the break in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday, adding that the blame lies solely on Belgrade and Pristina.
“At the end of the day, everything depends on Belgrade and Pristina. We do not have any very personal relationship towards Mogherini, her team and her efforts. Thanks for spending time and attaching importance to our talks,” Vucic told the Serbian state TV (RTS) in Abu Dhabi.
