NATO chief: KFOR continues mission, not affected by KSF transformation

NATO will continue its KFOR mission to secure the safe environment in Kosovo, and the mission under the UN auspices won’t be affected by the conversion of Pristina’s security forces, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has told Kosovo’s Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, the FoNet news agency reported on Wednesday.
Stoltenberg informed Haradinaj in a phone conversation that the Alliance had started the discussion on the laws which enabled the transformation of the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF) into a military.
