Kosovo analyst: Dialogue on Kosovo held both in public and behind closed doors

Pristina will face three obstacles in the dialogue with Belgrade on normalisation of relations: the opposition at home, probably unsuccessful referendum and Germany’s reaction, Behlul Begaj, Pristina’s professor of political sciences and an analyst has told Radio Free Europe (RFE) on Friday.
