Pristina’s plan is to erase the border with Albania by March next year and to abolish tariffs on Serbian goods so they could request the continuation of the dialogue with Belgrade, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said.
Speaking at a press conference, he said that Pristina will erase the border with Albania in several phases which will last until March 2019. "They will do this by March and when they do it, when they erase the border, then they will lift the tariffs and say ‘we're ready to talk, but from a different position, from a position of united Albania and Kosovo’," Vucic noted.
