Kosovo: Final agreement with Serbia in 2019, taxes on foreign goods in place

The President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci said on Tuesday that the new year would be marked by a final agreement with Serbia and the opening of the border with Albania, adding 2018 was a year of Kosovo’s army, the FoNet news agency reported.
Pristina started a process of transforming its Security Forces into a military on December 14, supported by the US, UK, and Germany, but without changing the name.
