EU: Mogherini: Balkans rely on EU, bloc should take that into account

The European Union leaders should look at the Balkans’ future within the bloc as the priority for the economic prosperity and security of the region and the EU, Federica Mogherini, the Union’s High Representative said in Romania, the Beta news agency reported on Thursday.
