One person was killed and three were injured in a Ukrainian attack in southwestern Russia, local officials announced today.
The governor of Russia’s Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, stated that a child was among the injured and added that houses, residential buildings, and an unnamed „industrial facility“ were damaged in the attack. Russian media reported that the target of the attack was an oil refinery in Syzran, located about 800 kilometers east of the border with Ukraine, which has been attacked several times before.
