German Government and Journalists Defend FAZ Correspondent Martens

The German Foreign Ministry has stated that it is closely monitoring the situation after Russia issued a warrant for Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) correspondent Michael Martens and that it is in constant contact with Martens.
