Luxembourg deploys additional detection systems after drone sightings

The government of Luxembourg announced today that additional detection systems have been deployed to strengthen airspace surveillance, after Luxembourg airport temporarily suspended operations on Friday evening due to drone sightings, the British agency Reuters reported. “To enhance the capacity for monitoring and analyzing airspace, additional detection systems have been deployed, including resources provided by foreign partners,” the government statement said.
