The solution to the traffic chaos on the Montenegrin coast is in sight: the construction of the ring road around Budva, one of the most critical junctions during the summer tourist season, could start by the end of the year.
In an interview with Portal ETV, Minister of Transport Maja Vukićević revealed that the project, a major infrastructure undertaking spanning 9.3 kilometers and including two tunnels, eight bridges, and two key traffic loops, has already been included in the capital budget.
