Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic proves that even in his late playing years he can be at the top of the "white sport".
Djokovic defeated Jan-Lennard Struff and secured the quarterfinals of the US Open. Novak thus managed to become, at 38 years and 94 days, the oldest player who played in all four Grand Slam quarterfinals in a season. Djokovic succeeded in this for the ninth time in his career, thus surpassing Roger Federer (8). His next rival will be the American Taylor Fritz. By the way, Novak is on a quest for his fifth title at the US Open.
