News reporter Ivica Puljic interviwed on 27th June 1991 Bahrudin on the line of fire in Krakovski Gozd while he was lying on the ground, holding his position. That two minute video entered the collective memory of all Yugoslavs.
On this day, 25 years ago, corporal Bahrudin Kaletovicbar from Tuzla answered the question on a simple and honest way, “do you know why is this war about, this battle?”. He confusedly said that he doesn’t know why is this about and that “they want to be on their own, we sorta don’t let them”, and he gathered lots of sympathy among the people.
