Serbian Military Union claims discrimination by defence ministry

The Serbian Military Union said on Wednesday that it had been barred from organizing a new year/Christmas show for the children of military personnel.
The union said that the Defense Ministry did not allow it to use the Guards Home building for two shows including a Santa Claus and gifts for some 800 children on December 22-23. The Military Union said this is a form of discrimination which the ministry, headed by Minister Aleksandar Vulin is waging against Army of Serbia (VS) personnel and their families and added that it would demand protection from the courts.
