Serbia’s opposition leader: Early elections likely, opposition should boycott

The leader of the opposition Social-Democratic Party (SDS) Boris Tadic has said it is likely an early vote will be called but suggests to Serbia’s opposition not to take part since “President Aleksandar Vucic controls the election process and media,” the Beta news agency reported on Thursday.
Tadic, also Serbia’s former President, told the Belgrade NIN weekly it was more realistic for the opposition to boycott elections than for the regime to meet demands for a fair ballot.
