Court fines Serbia's ruling party for slandering former Vojvodina officials

The Novi Sad city branch of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) has to pay a fine of about 1,200 Euros to two former Vojvodina's Prime Minister and his deputy each for publishing insulting articles about them in 2014, N1 reported.
The city's Appellant Court also ruled that SNS had to pay the interest rate on the amount and over 1.700 Euros of trial costs.
