Can China take over coast from Montenegro because of debt?

The European Parliament’s rapporteur for Kosovo, Viola von Cramon, has criticized the European Union’s decision not to help Montenegro repay its US$1 billion debt to China.
Von Cramon called on the EU to “think twice” about a possibly “strategically bad decision” and it warned that China could “take over most of the Montenegrin coast” because of debts. “Corrupt leaders such as Milo Djukanovic have exploited the state for years. Now the new government must deal with financial debts.” The EU has already made a mistake in Greece once and China has taken over the port of Piraeus.
