Lawyers in Belgrade suspend work

The Assembly of the Belgrade Bar Association has decided to suspend work, and the condition for their return to work is the withdrawal of the amendment to the opinion of the Supreme Court of Cassation.
At the extraordinary session of the Assembly of the Belgrade Bar Association, 632 lawyers voted for the suspension, 177 were against it, and ten abstained. This means that the Managing Board of the Belgrade Bar Association is obliged to make a decision on the suspension of work, which can be indefinite.
