Fines for six companies RSD 46 million for violating competition

Due to the restrictive agreement which restricts competition on the market for the Tesla brand, six companies will pay a fine totalling more than RSD 46 million, according to a document published by the Competition Protection Commission.
In the Decision posted on the website, the Commission states that the restrictive agreement was concluded through determining the price of Tesla brand consumer electronic products. As a measure to protect the competition, it was determined that “Comtrade Distribution” would pay RSD 34.3 million, Tehnomanija RSD 5.5 million, Gigatron Export-Import – RSD 4.2 million, Tehnomedia Center RSD 1.3 million and Emmezeta Serbia and XLS RSD 690,000 and RSD 575,000
