Passengers from London took off their pants in honour of the No Pants Subway Ride Day, which returned to the capital today for the first time since the pandemic began in March 2020.
Hundreds of travellers joined the no pants party, which first began on the other side of the Atlantic – in New York 20 years ago. The Elizabeth line, which was opened last year, welcomed its first passengers without pants, with hundreds of people traveling in their underwear to the annual event, which began in New York two decades ago.
