Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic qualified for the third round of the Australian Open.

The ten-time champion in Melbourne won the match against Jaime Faria in four sets (4:1). After more than three hours of play, the scores were 6:1, 6:7 (4), 6:3, 6:2. It was Djokovic's 430th match at the Grand Slams, surpassing Roger Federer and becoming the only player on the list of records by that parameter. On the other hand, he had a younger tennis player, 125th in the world, who looked up to him, but he had all the more motivation to outplay the tennis player
