Chief Public Prosecutor of Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, has today requested that Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, parents of the minor perpetrator of the "Ribnikar” school shooting, be sentenced to the maximum prison terms.
He argued that the seriousness of the case requires the harshest possible punishment, emphasizing the responsibility linked to the events surrounding the tragedy at the Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School in Belgrade.
