Update on the Connection of the Danube Bridge Structure

Work is underway today to connect the main structure of the bridge being built over the Danube near Novi Sad as part of the Fruška Gora Corridor project. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is also attending the event.
The bridge will connect Petrovaradin with the E-75 motorway on the Bačka side of the Danube. Once completed, it will redirect a significant portion of transit freight traffic, reducing the number of heavy trucks passing through Petrovaradin and Novi Sad. The project will improve connections between the Subotica-Novi Sad-Belgrade and Novi Sad-Zrenjanin-Belgrade routes and the Fruška Gora Corridor, as well as the town of Ruma.
