The landspout appeared eight years ago on the sky above Vozdovac, but it lasted considerably shorter than the one in Jagodina. There are no rules, it can appear in flat or mountain terrain - says Nedeljko Todorovic from Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Serbia
Jagodina was hit around 13:30 with a strong storm followed with a weather phenomena that is not so common, especially not in Serbia, it was a sky leech.
