News conference cancelled after EU-Kosovo meeting

The European Union’s High Representative Federica Mogherini and Commissioner Johannes Hahn cancelled their news conference after a meeting with the Kosovo prime minister after Ramush Haradinaj rejected a proposal to revoke the 100 percent tariffs on goods from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Reporters were told that the news conference was cancelled by EU in Brussels following the Kosovo Stabilization and Association Council meeting which they said began without formal greetings and handshakes. European Commission officials said a statement would be issued instead.
