Commenting on Serbia’s opposition announcement of daily talks with people, Marko Djuric, an official of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (NS) led by President Aleksandar Vucic, said on Thursday Belgrade would not be “either Maidan of Caracas,” the Beta news agency reported.
One of the leaders of the opposition Alliance for Serbia (SzS) Bosko Obradovic said last week that the #1 in five million protests that were going on throughout Serbia for months every Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in different places would take another form in Belgrade from May 4. He said the capital would get "a free zone" within which the members of the Republic's and local parliaments, and opposition leaders would talk to people daily.
