REM to pass hunger striking journalist's demands to Serbia's PM

The Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) in Serbia said on Friday their members would pass on to Prime Minister Ana Brnabic the demands of a local journalist Maja Pavlovic who has been on hunger strike for 19 days, trying to keep alive her K9 TV channel from the northern city of Novi Sad, N1 reported.
A REM member Aleksandra Jankovic said the Body would act as a mediator and inform Brnabic about Pavlovic's requests. After a meeting with Pavlovic, Jankovic said a fast coordinate action and answer were needed and that Brnabic was the best address since different ministries were under her jurisdiction.
