Sale of the Genex Tower failed, no interested parties

The public tender for the sale of the Genex Tower in Belgrade was declared unsuccessful because there were no interested buyers, as the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced today.

The Genex Tower was offered at an initial price of RSD 2.09 billion, and the potential buyer had to pay a deposit of RSD 834.68 million or submit a guarantee, and no deposit or bank guarantee was submitted to the public tender. The tower has 38 floors with almost 15,000 square meters of office space, plus garages. There are 28 business premises offered for sale, covering an area of close to 15,000 square meters, including the space from the 27th to the 37th floor,
