While the season is just heating up, prices in Croatia have already skyrocketed a long time ago. Citizens are increasingly resentful of large bills from stores, and the frustration is not limited to social networks.
There are more and more people who decide to leave domestic shelves to higher prices and go shopping across the border - most often to Austria, Slovenia or good old Trieste - where, paradoxically, they are often cheaper than at home, writes Dnevno.hr. However, a similar wave of dissatisfaction is spreading throughout the region - in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, prices are becoming less and less bearable, and the standard of living does not keep
