An extraordinary session of the Shareholders’ Assembly of the transportation company ‘Lasta’ has been scheduled for December 15, according to an announcement on the Belgrade Stock Exchange website.
At the session, according to the agenda established by the Board of Directors of "Lasta," a decision is expected to be made approving the submission of a proposal to initiate bankruptcy proceedings, with reorganization in accordance with the company’s Pre-prepared Reorganization Plan (UPPR), and to elect the chairman of the company’s assembly.
