Defence Min: Three hundred Serbs apply for 70 openings in Kosovo Security Forces

Kosovo’s Defence Minister Rustem Berisha said on Tuesday that though a significant number of local Serbs left the Security Forces in the past due to pressure from Belgrade, 300 applied for 70 places within the new ranks, the Beta news agency reported.
Pristina started a process of transforming its Security Forces into a military on December 14, supported by the US, UK, and Germany, but without changing the name.
