Pristina: No reconciliation without punishing Belgrade for crimes

Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli said on Wednesday there could not be a reconciliation between Pristina and Belgrade as long as Serbia wasn’t sanctioned for, as he put it, various crime its forces committed during the 1998-1999 war in Kosovo, the Beta news agency reported.
