Fabrizi: Reforms on road to EU must be credible, not cosmetic

The head of the European Union delegation in Serbia Sem Fabrizi said on Tuesday that the enlargement policy was one the bloc’s most successful moves, but that since the 2004 ‘big bang’, when a number of countries joined the EU, conditions in the process of joining the EU and the Union itself had changed, the Beta news agency reported on Tuesday.
