Unscheduled inspections in hospitals after 3 pregnant women and 4 babies die over past month

After three pregnant women and four babies died in just over a month, an unscheduled inspection is being carried out by the Ministry of Health in order to check health facilities in Serbia and determine if there was any malpractice, Vecernje Novosti writes. The inspection is being done in gynecology and maternity wards in the Clinical Center of Nis and in general hospitals in Krusevac, Aleksinac and Majdanpek, the newspaper learned from the Ministry. "Controls had
