Updated my progress pics this morning. Still hanging in the 180s even though I'm clean bulking to build more muscle. I've gained an inch on my bicep since may. The loose skin does make it harder to see the changes my bodies going through but I can feel it and sometimes see it when I flex. Weightloss was a breeze compared to clean natural muscle building which can take years to achieve noticeable results. But I'm loving what I'm doing so I will stick with it! As we
