Up to EUR 4,300 for a square metre: Apartments in Serbian mountains selling like hot cakes

A total of 340 apartments on Kopaonik received new owners during 2020, as well as 47 apartments sold in Brzece, where, according to the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGA), the largest increase in the price of new build apartments compared to 2019 was recorded – as much as 44 percent.

However, the price of a square metre in Brzece goes to a maximum of EUR 1,491. According to the number of sold tourist apartments, Zlatibor follows Kopaonik. A total of 204 apartments were sold in Cajetina during 2020. The Divcibare Mountain follows with 114, Vrnjacka Banja with 20 and Soko Banja with 10 sold apartments.
