What has increased in price in restaurants and why are cakes on that list?

Catering services were 12.3 percent more expensive in July compared to a year ago, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia announced.
The list includes some of the items that restaurant visitors like and consume, cakes for example. Food went up in price by 14 percent, with the highest price increase recorded in salads, 21 percent, followed by stews by 18.8 percent, hot and cold appetizers by 14.6 percent, RTS reports. Cakes also went up by 14.5 percent, roasted and meals to order by 13.1 percent, and bread by 12.2 percent. The price of alcoholic beverages also increased by 13.2 percent,
